  • Do I need to walk my dog prior to a grooming appointment?
    Yes please. You definitely need to walk the dog prior to a groom as it makes them calmer.
  • How long will the groom take?
    A full groom will take approximately 2 hours, depending on the dog and their requirements.
  • I have a puppy. When should they have their first groom?
    It's best to introduce your puppy with a Bath and Tidy once they have had all their vaccinations, and are around 12-16 weeks old. I like to keep the first grooming experience short and enjoyable as there a lot of new sights, smells and sounds that a puppy needs to get used to. The puppy can then have its first full groom around 6 months old.
  • What do I need to supply for you?
    I will need an accessible parking space which is within 25 metres of your property so I can plug into your power supply.
  • Can I stay and watch you groom my dog?
    Due to space in the van and practicality, it's easier if I am alone with your dog. I also prefer to create my own bond with your dog as they can easily become disracted and misbehave when the owner is there.
  • I live in a flat. Are you still able to come and groom my dog?
    As long as I can park within 25 metres of your property and electrical socket then there shouldn't be any problem.
  • Do you follow Covid-19 regulations?
    Yes. I always keep to the current government guidelines on social distancing. Mobile dog grooming is completely contactless.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I take cash or card payments. You can also pay via Google or Apple Pay. Credit or debit cards accpeted: Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Union Pay.
  • How do I book an appointment?
